Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Please email support@21notonlyabrand.com with your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and, if possible, photos of the item.
- Return Address: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return address.
- Shipping: Return the item at your own expense to the provided address. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not liable for lost returns.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us promptly at support@21notonlyabrand.com. We will either offer you a refund or an exchange and will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized clothing (e.g., tailored items or items with custom prints).
- Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate clothing if the hygiene seal has been removed.
- Items damaged due to improper use or lack of care.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason, without providing justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
